DeShante had her septum straightened, cartilage graft from ear to her right nostril, nose reshaping and leveling, reconstruction of cleft lip and mouth muscles, tummy tuck, liposuction, inner thigh lift, chemical peel, a porcelain veneer, augmented missing gums and permanent upper bridge.
