Dennis has little experience with criminal cases, and asks Wendy to see an 'old friend' of his - Jacob Fernandez - a criminal litigator at Roberts and Fong. Wendy realizes that Jacob and Dennis do not get along - in fact, they hate each other's guts. Wendy agrees to meet up with Wayne, if only to help out a friend. Meanwhile, Angela has a fight with her daughter, Adele, when he catches her chatting online with strangers. Adele leaves home and does not come back.
