Neil McVane carries out his promise of blackmail, as Adam receives a baby booty with his name sewn on it. This is evidence which McVane claims will prove Adam is not the Carrington baby that was kidnapped many years before. Dex, sympathizing with Sarah's plight, is able to use their friendship to persuade Sarah to give her permission for the surgery. Following the operation, a tense Krystle and Blake receive cautious optimism from the operating surgeon. Only time will tell if Krystina's body will accept the new heart.
