While Dorai struggles between life and death in the Intensive Care Unit, Ryu awakens in Shadowlaw's headquarters. Bison offers the boy to join Shadowlaw, which Ryu refuses. A fight erupts between the two, but Bison easily defeats Ryu, seemingly being able to interfere with the boy's Hadouken.
