The Britishers investigated Hathras as they were shocked to witness that Hathras is able to pay all the taxes on time. They found out that Hathras were making gunpowder and planning against the British. The Britishers killed Nekaram while Govind Singh surrendered in front of the British and ruled the kingdom after Dayaram.
