Marina, Evie and Stella coax a quick recovery out of a young boy who is faking an illness so as not to have to go to church and confess his ""sins."" Tom collapses in the ER prompting the revelation of his illness to his co-workers. Sean's phobia surfaces when a young girl, along with her pet spider, is admitted. Arch is upset he was never told about Tom's condition and that Julia allowed him to continue to work in the ER.
