It follows the adventures of Jake Stevens, a character from the Naked Camera hidden camera TV series, as he attempts to find success in the United States. In each episode Stevens is in a different location, ranging from Hollywood, San Francisco and Las Vegas to Nashville, Miami and finally New York. Stevens is portrayed by the Irish comedian PJ Gallagher.
The very last scene in this series features a cameo appearance by "The Fixer" as the taxi driver picking up Jake at Dublin Airport.
